Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Velocity AI website and your communication with us through the Velocity AI Facebook Page. By messaging our Page or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Velocity AI is an AI consulting practice operated by Velocity.AI Business Consultancy Services, registered in the Republic of the Philippines, with its principal place of business in Parañaque City, Philippines.

2. What this site and channel are for

This website and our Facebook Page provide general information about our consulting services and a means of enquiring about them. Nothing on this site or in our Messenger conversations constitutes a binding offer of services, a fixed quotation, or professional advice on which you should rely without a separate engagement.

3. Enquiries and communication

When you message our Page, we will use your message to respond to your enquiry. Replies may be drafted with the assistance of AI tools but are reviewed and approved by a person before being sent. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

We aim to respond promptly but do not guarantee a response time. Please do not send sensitive personal information, credentials, or confidential business data through Messenger.

4. Engagements

Any consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement setting out scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines. These terms do not create a consulting relationship.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website is owned by Velocity AI unless otherwise stated. You may view and share it, but not reproduce it commercially without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from general information provided in pre-engagement communications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use this site or our Messenger channel to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content, or to attempt to disrupt our systems. We may decline to respond to, or block, anyone who does.

8. Third-party platforms

Communication through Messenger is also subject to Meta’s own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Parañaque City, Philippines.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above will reflect any change.
