Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 18 August 2026
If you have messaged the Velocity AI Facebook Page and would like us to delete the data we hold about you, you can request that at any time, free of charge. This page explains exactly how.
What we hold. For anyone who has messaged our Page, we store only: your message content, your Facebook display name, a Page-Scoped User ID (PSID), and the message timestamp. Nothing else. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
How to request deletion
- Send us an email to norbert.balza@velocitycm.net with the subject line
Data Deletion Request.
- Tell us how to find your record. Include the Facebook display name you used when messaging our Page, and — if you know it — roughly when you messaged us. This lets us locate the correct record.
- We verify the request. To protect you, we may reply via Messenger on the conversation in question to confirm the request genuinely came from you.
- We delete your data. Your record is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days of verification, and we email you to confirm once it is done.
Alternative: request via Messenger
You can also simply send a message to the Velocity AI Facebook Page saying “Please delete my data.” We will treat that as a valid deletion request and confirm once completed.
What gets deleted
- Your message content and our reply history, from our enquiry records
- Your display name and Page-Scoped User ID
- All associated timestamps
What we cannot delete
- The Messenger conversation itself on Facebook. That copy is held by Meta, not us. To remove it, delete the conversation in your own Messenger app, or use Facebook’s Help Centre to manage your data with Meta.
- Records we are legally required to retain — for example, if you became a client and tax or contractual obligations apply. Where this is the case we will tell you specifically which records are retained and why.
